Payment for services is due at the time of your visit. We kindly ask that your balance be paid in full by the end of each appointment. Our office accepts checks, cash, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
I am not contracted with any insurance providers, so I am considered an 'out-of-network' provider. While we do not submit insurance claims directly, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note, your insurance may require you to meet a deductible for both in-network and out-of-network services.
As a Medicare non-participating (non-par) provider, I do not accept Medicare directly for payment. This means that while I am not contracted with Medicare, you may still be able to submit your claims to Medicare for reimbursement. Please contact our office at (858) 587-1822 and ask to speak with our office manager, Frank Cyr, for more information and to have the policy explained.
I don’t accept insurance because I want to focus on providing the best care for you, without the complexity and time-consuming paperwork that comes with insurance billing. Insurance companies often require a lot of administrative work to process claims, which can take away from the personal attention I believe every patient deserves. My goal is to serve you directly, without the need to navigate the challenges of insurance, so I can spend more time on what matters most—your health and well-being.
