About Dr. Knight
Hi everyone, I am Dr. Knight, a board-certified physician specializing in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Throughout my education and training in various cities, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and explore a wide range of medical treatments and therapies. These experiences have shaped my approach to medicine, inspiring me to adopt a holistic and preventative model of care in my practice.
I recently relocated to my hometown of San Diego, where I continue to offer compassionate and comprehensive care to my patients.
Beyond my medical practice, I am also a dedicated martial artist and instructor of traditional Chinese Kung Fu. I often integrate its core principles—discipline, balance, and mindfulness—into both my approach to medicine and daily life.
